While it is entirely up to you to decide how you want to approach this program, to maximize your results,

First....I want to tell you how much I respect you because so many people talk about  how they want to change or improve their lives, but few actually take any action. No matter what stage you're at in your life...wether you are just beginning to learn about nutritional and lifestyle management or you are here for a refresher course, my desire is to tap into the tools, strategies, and insights that will  help you create a legacy and a body worth living in for the rest of you life, and be a light to those in your life you care most about.

Before we get started, this is not high tech at all I am a simple guy who started with a passion to help and serve my traveler on this or her journey. I am not computer savvy so bear with me as I built this website alone and with no help or coaching... ( next time I will!) 

Success never comes easy. In order to achieve great things, especially during times of uncertainty, you need commitment, perseverance, patience and a lot of guts.

As soon as possible please start out by filling out the sleep food and exercise diaries and your questionnaires when asked to, don’t forget to put  times of day when you eat a meal and or a snack and be very specific in every area on the diaries.  I would  like to meet with you or speak over the phone in exactly  7 days from the time you start your program with me t so I can give you some further instructions. So Call Me Or I Will Call You!

Give me a call so we can set up a time for us to visit as I am booked well in advance and want to get you into my schedule as soon as possible. You will bring those in if coming to my office. if we are Tele coaching for our  initial results session you can fax them ahead of time. 760.262.3052 I can’t tell you how many people forget  to get them to me and then we’ll have to reschedule and that could take another 2 weeks to get you back in because I am booked.

One more thing, please fill out the other attached questionnaires and get them to me as soon as possible via fax, mail or dropping them off. This will help save time and give me a better understanding of how to coach you and how to enable you to follow through on your intentions.

We will examine the bigger picture as you will learn to assess your life as a whole, appreciate what is working and pinpoint priorities for change.  This not only goes for your nutritional life but also breaking down your challenges and establishing exactly what you need to think and do in each area of your life.. I will help you get the most out of everything that you do if you will start to build a trust and a relationship with me.

How to Listen to the Recorded Calls

To download the audio file to your computer, right click on the lesson you want to listen  to the left and select "Save As" then choose the place on your computer where you wish to save the file. Please Note: the files are large so may take a long time to download, depending on your Internet connection speed.

To listen to the call without downloading the file, you will need a program on your computer that plays MP3 files, such as RealPlayer, Windows Media Player or iTunes. Free versions of these can be downloaded using the links provided. Click on the link to the left and the file should automatically open in the default player on your computer. This may take up to several minutes, depending on the speed of your Internet connection. Don't close your browser window until you have finished listening to the call!

This DVD program will give yo the foundational principles for identifying the right foods, fats and oils, sugars, meat, eggs, seafood and dairy, artificial sweeteners and so much more. 1. Answer each question with the response that is best for you. I recommend that you make two copies of  each because it is my hope that you will be testing again as you progress. It is extremely important to answer the questions accurately and honestly as possible. There is not right or wrong answers. Supply the response that most accurately describes you, not what you think you should answer.

2. When answering  Metabolic  questions, forget everything you have been told about what you should eat and should not eat. Answer the questions based on your gut instincts to how you would prefer to eat if you could eat what ever you innately desire.

3. Total up your scores for each of your questionnaires there are numbers in parentheses after each answer add up the number corresponding  to each of your responses to get your total score for the sections

4. Graph your scores on the appropriate graphs that came with That section or That set of questionnaires

5. Calculate your total score by adding up the scores for each section. in the health aprraisel questionnaires then apply to graph on days 8-9
1. Set Yourself Up To Win! Set yourself up to win reward yourself, when learning something new most people don't do it perfectly the first time. To Win the game of life and getting your body back you have got to reward yourself for doing things approximately right in the beginning

2. Do things along the way that add emotional intensity and make this process with me and yourself more enjoyable.  Let some friends know what you are doing or just grab one and have them do this with you. Choose things in this journey with me that meet all of your SIX HUMAN NEEDS

3. Enhance Your Experience  I always know if someone has read this part, Why? Because there is an email waiting for me usually in 24 hours or less.  Come up with two of three ideas that can help you look forward to doing the things that will get you your results, What can you focus on. pay attention to, notice, appreciate, or enjoy that will enhance this experience?
