Seniors Balance And Strength Program A new and fun program that focuses on improving balance and restoring movement for older adults in our community all at a very reduced rate.Also available Fall Prevention programs as well as Back Care 101, Tennis 4life,Golf 4life and living and exercising with various challenges are our specialty.
12 weeks includes and in depth nutrition review, and intense monitoring system, a high calorie burning, basal metabolic rate raising program that is body friendly and progressive in design. This program is the most weight loss specific course of its kind and will get you to a weight that is great for you at a rate and in a style that will allow you to maintain it.
This program is an indoor group 30 min circuit training class with one of our Fitness Forever Master Trainers. It includes learning how to use free weights, tubing, medicine balls, and various pieces of cardiovascular equipment. Since space is limited in our small group training sessions, participants must sign up with Ingo to reserve a spot. A fun filled Saturday morning called Urban Workout is being planned at your local park. Look for the Flyer soon…….anybody who has good flyer skills out there I need a little help?? Anyway It’s still a basic running, push up, stretch and crunch kind of workout—with a difference: Lots of toys to play with: Our URBAN WORKOUT combines all the necessary elements (cardiovascular, strength and flexibility) into a “play hard” format. These 60-minute progressive sessions are designed to provide a challenge for the fit and allow the “wanna-be” fit, the opportunity to develop. Progressive means the challenge increases every week, with varying levels from beginner to advanced, so that everyone works out at their own pace. We will be asking you to sign up in Sept. so please let us know if you are interested. (October Thru May Only)

One on One Special Programs
PILATES 1-1 Mat class, gentle, safe, challenging, non - impact exercises that truly enhances the mind body connection. Pilate's mat and reformer exercises promote good posture, flexibility and core strength through proper muscle use. You will look lean, long, and toned, as you re-educate your body.

PERFORMANCE– 12 weeks include full comprehensive core assessment, a sports or weight specific program, which is progressive and based on the latest science, 12 assisted stretches for maximum flexibility, 7 nutritional and lifestyle counseling sessions for accountability.
LESSONDVD – This program includes 1 hour taken once or twice a month, where each session is designed to teach you a new fitness skill in depth in order to improve your training for that month. A DVD of your program will be given to you for further review. This will help motivate you and remind you of what to do. This is like the equivalent of a set of golf or tennis lessons, where each one is designed to add that little extra to you game or in this case your fitness and health.
